Indulge in the perfect blend of creamy goat cheese, sweet onion jelly, and crispy phyllo pastry shells with these irresistible whipped goat cheese phyllo cups.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz plain goat cheese
  • 2 TBSP Provision House Sweet Onion Jelly
  • 2 oz crumbled feta cheese
  • 2-3 TBSP greek yogurt
  • cracked pepper to taste
  • 4 phyllo pastry sheets
  • ⅓ cup butter, melted
  • Chopped mint & dill to garnish

Directions

  1. In a food processor, blend together goat cheese, feta, Greek yogurt, sweet onion jelly, and cracked pepper until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a piping 
  2. bag fitted with a large frosting tip and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin with melted butter.
  4. Layer melted butter between each phyllo pastry sheet using a basting brush. 
  5. Using a pastry cutter, divide the stack of phyllo sheets into 12 equal squares.
  6. Gently press each square into the muffin tin holes and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool completely on a cooling rack.
  7. Once cooled, pipe the cheese mixture into each phyllo cup and garnish with chopped mint and dill.
